Please check the OPAC of Saitama University in advance and make sure that the book is not on campus.<br \/>\nThis service is available only to faculty members and students enrolled in Saitama University.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It takes about one week to 10 days for books to arrive.<\/li>\n<li>You need to come to the library to receive your books. In case you need to pay your private expense, please come to the reference counter (weekdays 9:00-12:15, 13:15-17:00). (In case you pay using a public fund, you can receive your books whenever the library is open.)<\/li>\n<li>When you return books borrowed from other libraries, please give them directly to the staff at the library counter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u25cf<strong>Saitama Prefectural Libraries, etc.<\/strong><br \/>\nYou can borrow materials held by Saitama Prefectural Libraries, Saitama Prefectural University Library (Information Center), and public libraries in Saitama Prefecture.<br \/>\nThere is no charge for ordering books because they are delivered twice a week by vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>You can search &#8220;\u57fc\u7389\u770c\u5185\u56f3\u66f8\u9928\u6a2a\u65ad\u691c\u7d22 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lib.pref.saitama.jp\/calil\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cross search of libraries in Saitama Prefecture<\/a>)&#8221; to find the library holdings in Saitama Prefecture.<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf<strong>Other university libraries<\/strong><br \/>\nYou can borrow materials held by libraries of universities all over the country.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The borrowing period and terms of use (such as use only within the library) differ depending on the library from which the book is borrowed.<\/li>\n<li>You have to pay for the round-trip postage. (We will use Yu-Pack etc. to return the materials. The postage varies depending on the size and the distance, and it costs about 1,500 yen to 2,000 yen.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can search &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/ci.nii.ac.jp\/books\/?l=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CiNii Books<\/a>&#8221; to find the holdings in other university libraries.<\/p>\n<h4>How to apply<\/h4>\n<p><strong>A. Apply through My Library of the library website<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please log in to <a href=\"https:\/\/opac.lib.saitama-u.ac.jp\/Main\/Portal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">My Library<\/a> of the Saitama University Library website with Microsoft 365 University Account (e-mail address issued by Saitama University) and apply by selecting &#8220;ILL Request&#8221;.<br \/>\nPlease see <a href=\".\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/ILLapplication_procedureEng202404.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a> for the application procedure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B.
